Depending on your dental needs, Dr. Martin or Allyson Supowitz will have an initial consultation with you to learn about your dental problems or your dissatisfaction with the appearance of your smile. At this visit, your medical and dental history will be reviewed, a thorough dental examination performed, an oral cancer screening, and as necessary, obtain, digital x-rays, CBCT (link here to CBCT description), photographs and perform other diagnostic procedures.

During your second appointment, your current condition will be reviewed and you will be given expert feedback on your aesthetic and functional expectations. Your treatment options will be reviewed. You will be informed of the advantages and disadvantages of each treatment along with an estimate of fees and length of treatment. To help you visualize the quality of treatment you will receive, you will be shown before and after pictures of patients treated with conditions similar to your own. You may also elect to view audiovisual materials at this visit to reinforce your understanding of the recommended treatment. By the time you leave our office you will be fully informed of the recommended treatment plan, the length of treatment and the cost.
