For your convenience, we accept VISA and MasterCard credit cards. You are fully responsible for all fees charged regardless of your insurance coverage.

Payment schedules can be arranged for treatment that will involve care over a period of months. We will send you a monthly statement. Final payment is required by the time the final restorations are placed.

The need for alternative financial arrangements must be discussed prior to the initiation of care. CareCredit is a healthcare financing plan that assists with paying for treatment over time.
